1. Eligibility for Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped or processed for delivery. Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled, and you will need to follow the return process if you wish to return the product.

2. Cancellation Process

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

3. Cancellation After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped or processed for delivery, you will not be able to cancel it through our platform. If you still wish to cancel after shipping, you must wait to receive the product and follow our Return Policy to initiate a return.

4. Partial Cancellations

In cases where you wish to cancel only part of your order (for example, specific items), this is possible only before the order has been shipped. If your order has already been processed for shipment, you will need to return the unwanted items after receiving them.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders
